Business Situation:
IT management desired an objective view of their situation while identifying how to take their IT organization to the next level.
Project Summary:
After a comprehensive review of the business and business needs, we worked with management to develop an IT Development Plan with a roadmap for business applications, technical infrastructure, organization, and processes. We helped build the business case and presented it to the executive team and board of directors to justify a major IT investment. We worked with and mentored IT leadership through the implementation of the plan.
Results:
Organization adopted a new direction to implement SOA and develop the next generation of their custom applications. They re-organized IT to better meet the needs of the organization.
