Project Summary:
Developed an IT Assessment to outline the current environment and identify strengths and opportunities. Developed an IT Strategic Plan to outline an overall IT direction and priorities. Presented to the Board of Directors and executive team to gain approval. Assisted with the implementation of governance and organizational changes.
Results:
Organization implemented recommendations which resulted in significant improvements in IT and the business. Implemented a "buy before build" strategy and an enterprise architecture rather than point solutions.
