Business Situation:

Client was about to make a multi-million dollar technology investment.

   

Project Summary:

We negotiated the software and service contracts for a Client embarking on a multi-million dollar ERP replacement project. Through this effort we validated that the bids were competitive and crafted an arrangement whereby the provider shared some of the project risk. We leveraged our experience with hundreds of similar contracts to quickly close the deal and begin implementing the new solution.

    

Results:

Client avoided going over budget even though several configurations required rework during the course of the implementation. Vendor and Client were both motivated toward the common goal of successfully implementing the new application with minimal business disruption.
